Crystal chandeliers illuminate the bar, while plush velvet and leather banquettes invite you to discover an awe-inspiring menu of delectable cocktails – each one designed by award-winning bar manager Cameron Attfield. And all served in exquisite Baccarat glasses. Ready for your debut? Look for the private entrance on Hans Crescent and prepare for sublime decadence.
Dazzling and seductive, the space – accessible through a private entrance on Hans Crescent – fuses Harrods glamour with Baccarat’s legendary craftsmanship; sparkling chandeliers illuminate the world-class bar, while the French crystal expert’s signature rouge glows care of plush velvet and leather banquettes. Consider this London’s new late-night destination for awe-inspiring cocktails – each one designed by award-winning bar manager Cameron Attfield. And all served in Baccarat crystal.
Harrods team suggests to start with “Electric Emotions” cocktail, a mix of Flor de Caña 12-year-old rum, strawberry, tonka bean, saffron honey, buzz-button distillate and fizz. Or try the Tryptophan Fix, a mood-enhancing mélange of Monkey 47 gin, soy cashew distillate, banana water, spinach cordial and soda water. Whichever cocktail you pick – and there are 16 to choose from, plus four non- alcoholic serves – know that each component has been expertly developed by the bar’s mixologists to create the finest flavours, aromas and textures.
“Fermented pea, caramelised Chanterelle whey, Milkybar distillate… These may not sound like cocktail ingredients, but combine them in just the right way and you open up a world of new textures and flavours,” said Cameron Attfield, Baccarat Bar Manager.
The high-end bar is stocked with the world’s most delicious wines and spirits, while Harrods’ team of chefs promise a tantalising array of small dishes – from truffle fries and beef-cheek beignets to foie gras burgers and Oscietra caviar.
