Inspired by the world of motor racing: Hermès Rallye 24 tableware
The sporting life, Hermès’s theme for 2013, continues with Hermès Rallye 24 tableware inspired by the world of motor racing.
Presented for the first time in a Paris garage with vintage sports cars, the new 49-piece collection pays tribute to the Italian racing red, French blue, British green, and German silver. The jewel-colored porcelain is decorated with ellipses reminiscent of speedways.
To illustrate “Vive le sport” sprit, the luxury house composed a ping-pong table with plates, tumbler, and oval platter as blades.
