Port Adriano marina on Palma de Mallorca designed by Philippe Starck

Philippe Starck came with its own vision of Mallorca’s Port Adriano. The designer transformed it into one of the reference ports for superyachts in the Mediterranean. Port Adriano marina on Palma de Mallorca became a perfect option for vessels up to 40m. Starck has been responsible for the enlarging and refurbishing of 10,000m2 space. The Frenchman who is among the world’s leading designers, was in charge of the architecture of the new shopping area and the decoration of the port’s communal spaces.

Since it was built in 1992, Port Adriano is the reference point to explore one of the most attractive coasts in the Mediterranean. It has grown to currently become one of the most relevant ports in the Balearic Islands. It has 404 moorings of between 6 and 18 meters in length, a refit and repair area and 4.500 Sq. Mts. of commercial area.

Amongst Port Adriano’s essential offer to the tourist are a visit to the city of Palma de Mallorca, a walk through the Almudaina Royal Palace, to lose oneself in the Alfabia Gardens, to let oneself be moved by the artistic works of the Miro Foundation, to watch the sun go down from the Formentor Viewpoint and a long etcetera. The Sierra de Tramuntana, at only 12 nautic miles from Port Adriano, is included in the list of locations catalogued by the UNESCO as cultural landscape.
