Nestled within the picturesque charm of 13 Rue du Port, 54120 Baccarat, France, lies a haven of culinary delights intertwined with the ethereal beauty of crystal—the Baccarat Café Collection. Here, amidst the delicate shimmer of crystal pieces, patrons embark on a culinary journey through French gastronomy, savoring each bite in the embrace of enchanting surroundings. It’s a place where innovation meets tradition, where every moment is infused with the spirit of timeless elegance.

At the heart of this experience lies the 2024 Baccarat Harcourt Tulipe collection by the visionary Marcel Wanders. A celebration of 15 years of collaboration, this collection breathes new life into the iconic Harcourt 1841 glass, marrying tradition with reinvention. Born in 1841, the Harcourt glass has adorned the tables of kings and world leaders, its timeless allure captivating hearts for generations.

With the “Baccarat Harcourt Tulipe” collection, Marcel Wanders infuses this icon with his signature touch of poetry and elegance. Retaining the glass’s original hexagonal base, Wanders transforms its six facets into delicate petals, evoking the grace of a blossoming flower. This juxtaposition of power and elegance is reflected in three exclusive creations—a coupe, a bowl, and a plate—crafted by the skilled artisans of Baccarat.

The tulip, symbolizing declarations of love and positive sentiments, becomes the embodiment of shared precious moments illuminated by the singular brilliance of Baccarat crystal. With each delicate petal, the Harcourt Tulipe collection invites us to celebrate the joy of connection and the beauty of fleeting moments captured in eternal crystal.

Amidst the celebration of craftsmanship and innovation, Baccarat honors the talent and dedication of its artisans. Three glassblowers—Jason Toussaint, Evan Hensch, and Marty Charpentier—have been nominated as Meilleurs Apprentis de France (MAF), embodying the future of Baccarat’s legacy. Trained by Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, these young artisans symbolize the Maison’s commitment to excellence and transmission, ensuring the continuity of its living heritage for generations to come.
