In 2010, Reygadas opened Rosetta in the heart of Mexico City’s Roma district. In addition to Rosetta, she also operates the Rosetta bakery, which supplies bread to many leading restaurants in Mexico City, as well as the casual Mexican restaurant Lardo and bistro Café Nin.

In an effort to promote equal opportunities and empower Mexican women in the gastronomic world, she recently launched the ‘Beca Elena Reygadas’ scholarship.
