Bvlgari x Mary Katrantzou, the Queen of Print, reveal a capsule collection.

Bulgari’s most mysterious emblem, Serpenti, undergoes another bold metamorphosis. This time through the eyes of a visionary designer – a kindred spirit who shares the Maison’s passion for accessories and ambition to push the boundaries of craft. This latest collaboration has resulted in feats of craftsmanship so exuberant, they must be seen to be believed.

For the latest chapter of the “Serpenti Through the Eyes of…”, Mary Katrantzou reimagines the iconic Serpenti motif to create a new, refined capsule collection inspired by the snake metamorphosis. Crafted in soft matelassé Ivory Opal white/ black/ Aegean Topaz blue nappa leather (€2,800.00), the top handle bag features light gold-plated brass hardware. This model, taking inspiration from a Bvlgari heritage watch, is enhanced with a new interpretation of the iconic Serpenti head closure in light gold-plated brass with seductive crystal eyes. The special edition bag features one compartment, a removable snake body-shaped handle and a detachable chain shoulder strap, for a versatile wearability as a crossbody bag.

“The inspiration behind this collection was to interpret Serpenti through my eyes. A snake sheds its skin to allow for further growth to allow for further growth. I wanted to highlight the importance of its symbolism, which dates back to ancient Roman and Greek mythology. I was drawn to the idea of metamorphosis, adapting to continue evolving and growing, to continue evolving and growing. Serpenti is a symbol of transformation, healing, and rebirth.” – Mary Katrantzou.

Crafted in light gold-plated brass, MARY KATRANTZOU X BVLGARI minaudière features a snakehead shape inspired by a Bvlgari heritage watch, enhanced with multicolour enamel scales on the front and seductive crystal eyes. The limited edition minaudière features a special edition bag to be carried by hand, with inner black nappa leather compartments and black Alcantara inner lining. The “MARY KATRANTZOU X BVLGARI” logo engraving on the back completes this model.

Lanvin Collection and Lanvin en Bleu, licensed brands with leading French fashion brand Lanvin, released a new interpretation of Alcantara material through a Special Capsule Collection for Autumn/Winter 2020-2021 made in collaboration with the Italian luxury brand.

The new fashions include 30 different looks featuring “Made in Italy” luxury material from Alcantara. Yukihiro Takahashi, a highly regarded Japanese musician, and Tomoki Sukezane, a Japanese fashion editor and stylist, played roles in the collection’s runway-show introduction. Lanvin Maison has released a total of 30 looks which include the signature of the 2 different outerwear, and 28 looks of both men’s and ladies.

The premium Italian Company created for this fashion collaboration an exclusive metallic printed material with the Lanvin’s brand logo and beautiful dyed off-white material used for a frilled dress. Over coats, suits and pants play the central role of this capsule collection.
