Versace’s Dubai outpost to open next summer in Dubai

After the Palazzo Versace Gold Coast in Queensland (Australia), opened in 2000, Versace will inaugurate the label’s second luxury property in Dubai. The Dubai outpost will be ready for opening next summer. The new Palazzo will offer a waterfront setting, spectacular architecture, Italian furnishings, extraordinary service and an ambience of pure glamour. Add to this restaurants, a “Water Salon” around a lagoon-style pool, a state of the art gymnasium, a world class day spa and meeting and conference facilities.

Versace recruited more than 100 specialists from around the world. 90 percent of the artisans based out of the United Arab Emirates.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens and with its own private marina, Palazzo Versace will be one of Dubai’s most prestigious waterside addresses.

The luxury hotel with 169 condominiums and 214 luxury decorated hotel rooms will spoil its visitors with bespoke furnishings, luxurious fabrics, rich parquetry floors, floor to ceiling windows, lavish colourful silks, crisp white linen and toweling from the Palazzo Versace range, open plan bathroom with couple sized spa bath and Palazzo Versace amenities.
