Kering announced the opening of its new 9,500 square-meter offices in Milan.

Kering, the global luxury group, has unveiled its impressive new Italian headquarters in the heart of Milan. The six-floor Palazzo Pertusati, located on Via Senato, showcases Kering’s commitment to the Italian luxury and business landscape. With its strategic location and stunning views, this new office space marks a significant milestone for Kering and solidifies its presence in Italy.

The Palazzo Pertusati, standing on the grounds of the former Palazzo Pertusati Gropallo, is a masterpiece of neoclassical architecture designed by the renowned 18th-century architect Simone Cantoni. The building’s double view, overlooking both the quadrilatero della moda and the Giardini di Porta Venezia, provides a picturesque backdrop for Kering’s operations in Milan.

Jean-François Palus, Kering’s Group Managing Director, expressed his excitement about the move, stating, “We are delighted to move our Italy head office to this magnificent location at the center of Milan’s business and luxury district, and thus symbolically confirm the role of Kering as a key pillar of the Italian luxury and business landscape.” Palus further emphasized Kering’s investments in Italy, including the recently installed global logistic hub in Trecate, and highlighted the significance of the new offices in reinforcing the sense of belonging for Kering’s more than 13,000 employees in Italy.

The interiors of the Palazzo Pertusati have been meticulously reconfigured to create a flexible and comfortable workspace. Five floors are dedicated to workspaces, featuring over 300 formal seats, private phone booths, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces. The design incorporates optimal natural light and organic colors, complemented by iconic pieces of Italian design. The emphasis on comfort and aesthetics creates an inspiring environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.

Notably, the top floor of the Palazzo Pertusati houses a conference room with a panoramic view, offering a unique space for meetings and events. The common areas include a dedicated canteen and a bar, providing opportunities for employees to connect and unwind. However, the highlight of the office space is the spectacular outdoor terrace spanning over 1,500 square meters, offering breathtaking views of the Duomo and the Milan business district. This open-air oasis provides a serene escape and reinforces Kering’s commitment to providing an exceptional work environment for its employees.
