The partnership will enhance champagne and food pairing with exquisite new ideas.

The unique culinary concept in collaboration with 3 Michelin Stars Chef Yannick Alléno opened its doors at L’Orangerie in Epernay, on Moët & Chandon’s estate in France. For one month, Chef Alléno has joined Moët & Chandon Chef de Cave Benoît Gouez to create an exclusive series of recipes that highlight the House’s legendary champagnes. Unveiled online on the Moët & Chandon website, the recipes are designed for beginners and professionals alike.
