Valentino unveiled its newest accessories concept at Selfridges London. The 1,000 sq ft temporary space anchors the Accessories Hall and will presents Valentino’sS/S 2014 accessories collection, including a multitude of Rockstud options – from RockstudRouge to Rockstud Camouflage Fluoro.
The Valentino space, on the corner of Duke Street and Oxford Street, features white lacquered doors embellished with signature Rockstuds and takes inspiration from a granddressing room; designed to be unique and inviting, luminous and linear, and organised asthematic ‘micro-rooms’ which house each Valentino Accessories product family.
These five spaces host the special Rockstud Rouge and Rockstud Noir collections and core styles in SS14 Fluoro colours, as well as classic Valentino colours. The intimate and sophisticated ‘boudoir’ room will reveal a stunning bejewelled bag and jewellery collection.
The Rockstud Camouflage Fluoro displays in a distinctive transparent trunk as a centrepiece for the windows onto Duke Street, showcasing a reinterpretation of most popular Valentino Camo pieces, a special project to celebrate the opening of the space.
