Thick slices of black truffles, pineapple, and chorizo sausage in a sandwich. This is the recipe for a special-edition gourmet burgers released in Japan in a special series of premium burgers called the “Quarter Pounder Jewelry Premium Burgers”. The first one of the series was the Golden Ring Burger.
The the Gold Ring, Black Diamond and Ruby Spark were released intermittently throughout July and sold for one day only. The decadent Black Diamond burger was filled with grilled mushrooms, cheese and a black truffle sauce, while the Ruby Spark had slices of spicy chorizo sausage, avocado and Pepper Jack cheese.
