Treccani Milano’s Italian greyhound adds luxury bags to its repertoire

Treccani Milano, best known for its custom-made men’s and women’s leather shoes and boots, launches a ready-to-wear leather purses that are handmade in Italy.

Those with classic, refined style can enhance their wardrobes with bags made of sumptuous leathers ranging from ostrich to baby calf to alligator in a wide selection of colours. For a casual-chic look, Treccani Milano also offers options that combine their rich leathers with canvas.

Prices range between $1,650 and $18,000 and all bags are stamped with the company’s trademark Italian greyhound in solid bronze. They can also be personalized with monogrammed initials. In a similar fashion to its renowned shoe collection, customers who wish to customize their purses can opt for the company’s BeSpoke service.

The purses were designed by Nicole Branicky , Creative Director and Co-Founder of Treccani Milano. “It took over three months just to see my purse designs materialize in real forms,” Nicole explains. “I went back and forth from our atelier to the bottega exploring ideas with the artisans to find the right balance between design, proportions and usability.”
