Chloé Unveils The New Spring Summer 2023 Eyewear Campaign Starring Gigi Hadid.
An ode to movement, fluidity and femininity, the new Chloé Eyewear Campaign reflects the brand’s refined and responsible vision through the beauty of modern women and their profound connection with nature.
Models Gigi Hadid and Shu Pei are portrayed in the endless horizon of the Mojave Desert. Immersed in the volcanic splendour of the Pisgah Crater, California, Gigi basks in the sun’s rays and in the strong embrace of the rugged terrain, while Shu stands out against the depth of the plains.
They wear the new Chloe Gayia styles, which are crafted entirely from ReAce – a 100% recycled acetate derived from pre-consumer waste that is exclusive to Kering Eyewear and for Spring Summer 2023 to Chloé.
The frames are available in oversized square and round shapes rendered in earthy tones with unique colour blends for a painterly effect. Each style is engraved with a gold-tone Chloé logo and the Gayia founding principle engraved on the inside of the temple.
A fashion-forward, lower-impact style made of recycled acetate and bio-based nylon, these Gayia vintage square sunglasses have a shiny frame with rounded angles.
Recycled acetate is an innovative material that allows for unique colour combinations and limited edition pieces, as numbered inside the temple tips. Gradient brown lenses enhance the retro mood, while the bold temple shape adds a contemporary touch. The gold-toned Chloé logo engraving lends a signature finish. An engraved text on the inside of the right temple indicates the style’s unique composition.

For the Chloé Spring-Summer 2023 collection, Creative Director Gabriela Hearst looked to the power of the stars for inspiration. Celestial embellishments adorn garments, there are new variations of the Nama sneaker to add to your wardrobe, the new Penelope bag line with its details inspired by the Maison’s jewellery archive has arrived, and more! Reflecting Chloé’s commitment to improving environmental impact there are several partnerships with social enterprises and lower-impact materials are always prioritised.
Gigi Hadid leaps for the stars in the Spring-Summer 2023 campaign shot by Zoë Ghertner on location at the Pisgah Crater in California. Gigi wears the cropped halter top in off-white wash recycled cotton hemp Chloé denim and matching wide-leg ‘rave’ trousers. Both designs are embellished with metallic eyelets inspired by isotopes. She carries the new Penelope bag, which makes its debut this season, under her arm.
