Street scenery, ‘90s vibes, and a special technical capsule: A|X Armani Exchange Autumn/Winter 2020/2021

A|X Armani Exchange, the youthful label created by iconic Italian designer Giorgio Armani, returned to 2020 Pitti Immagine Uomo fashion fair to present the men’s and women’s autumn/winter 2020/2021 collections. Pitti Uomo is the most important International event for menswear and men accessories collections and for the launch of new men fashion projects.

In line with the A|X Armani Exchange’s DNA, street scenery and ’90s vibes provided the strongest inspirations for the new collection. The brand continues to capture the heritage of the Armani luxury brand through a modern sensibility.

New for this year was the A|X Park. Pop imagery and colours blend together with a firm ‘90s inspiration in this dynamic space, where visitors, after crossing a labyrinth of LED lights, explored the varied world of A|X Armani Exchange, as well as access the video arcade games.

The collection features all-over prints and graphics with logo tape, with patterned coats and dresses for women, and baggy volumes with sporty details in white, black, blue and orange on trousers, jackets and hoodies for men.

The collection also includes the series ‘back in the years’: hooded sweatshirts, bomber jackets and t-shirts inspired by the advertising campaigns of the ‘90s that helped to create the visual language of A|X.

A|X Armani Exchange unveiled the special Pitti capsule collections for men and women, in red and black technical fabric, and in blue denim-effect with fluorescent lime details and logo patches.

The Armani Exchange Spring Summer 2020 campaign was shot in Los Angeles by Simon Eeles. The campaign stars Dylan Jagger Lee, Will Peltz, Cailin Russo and Bloom Twins. The faces of Armani ExchangeSpring Summer 20200 take the streets of LA as they put their bold attitude on display among the metropolis’ buildings and rooftops.
