The impressive creation is the world’s thinnest mechanical watch with a thickness of 1.80mm — reflecting the Maison’s enthusiasm for reshaping the watchmaking landscape. Each owner receives an NFT linking the watch with a surprise piece of art, bridging the physical and digital worlds.
With an astonishing thickness of 1.80 mm – and not for the movement alone, but for the watch as a whole – Bulgari Octo Finissimo Ultra is far more than the world’s thinnest mechanical timepiece: it symbolises a mindset, an ability to innovate and to push limits.
In the space of a decade, Octo has become a true icon of contemporary watchmaking for its unique match of minimalist design and absolute technicality, Italian elegance and Swiss watchmaking expertise – witness the about 60 international prizes awarded to the collection.
Sporting a monochromatic look in sandblasted titanium, the timepiece matches its ultra-thin case with an integrated bracelet, only 1.50 mm thick, while the dial invites a closer look into the depth of the mechanism. A unique QR code offers the ability to connect to a NFT and the metaverse, bridging the mechanical world with that of a digital dimension.
