Ralph Lauren Polo Watch – A limited-edition collection of timepieces inspired by the enduring heritage and sporting sophistication of the Polo Player. This limited-edition timepiece is powered by the RL200 caliber automatic Swiss-made movement. It is designed to be worn with a variety of straps and bracelets.

In 1972, the Polo Player adorned the very first Polo shirt. In the decades since, it has evolved into an enduring emblem of sophistication. Now, Ralph Lauren’s iconic logo takes on a new form, appearing for the first time on a limited-production collection of Polo timepieces. Now gracing the dial of this new watch collection, the logo is 3-D printed in multiple layers of color and complemented by printed Luminescent Arabic numbers on a lacquered dial and around the anodized aluminum ring on stainless steel bezel.

Polo Ralph Laurent Polo Watch is available in three lacquered color dials: Ralph Lauren’s signature shade of vivid green, timeless navy blue, and a deep black with either a stainless steel or matte black casing.

“To me, the Polo Player had elegance and imagination. It embodied chic sensibility, sophisticated luxury, and a timeless style.” – Ralph Lauren.

The collection is designed to be mixed and matched according to personal style. Options include stainless steel bracelets in bright silver or sandblasted matte black, subtly textured leather straps with ecru stitching, cotton madras inspired by Ralph Lauren shirting, or printed leather straps featuring the bold and athletic Polo Sport logo.

Inspired by the power and elegance of equestrian sports, the Polo Watch is capturing the penultimate moment before mallet meets ball—gracing the dial in a bold painterly rendering 3D-printed with multiple layers of color.

The collection is comprised of four models: a rich lacquered green dial in Ralph Lauren’s heritage hue, a classic lacquered navy dial, and two lacquered black dials that include a stainless steel trim for a more sophisticated expression and a sportier design with matte hardware for a modern appeal. From casual to elevated strap offerings, the collection is designed to be mixed and matched with either bracelets of timeless stainless steel, subtly textured leather straps with ecru stitching, cotton madras straps inspired by authentic woven shirtings, and a leather strap in three colorways printed with Ralph Lauren’s Polo Sport logo inspired by iconic `90s apparel collections. Additionally, there is a black sandblasted stainless steel option that pairs solely with the black lacquered dial and matte hardware to create the ultimate expression of modern sensibility.

The stainless steel round cases measure 42mm by 12.35mm and include an exhibition case back to make fine details visible—including vertical Côtes de Genève stripes and circular graining, known as perlage. The timepieces are powered by an automatic, Swiss-made, caliber RL200 movement run at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and features 26 jewels with an approximate 38-hour power reserve.

The Ralph Lauren Watch and Jewelry Company announced the launch of its first collection of timepieces in 2009. The debut collection was unveiled in January 2009 at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) watch fair in Geneva, Switzerland. The first Polo Ralph Lauren watch collection debuted in 2018 in celebration of Ralph Lauren’s 50th Anniversary, spotlighting the timeless style of the beloved Polo Bear.

In 2007, Polo Ralph Lauren and Richemont, two leading companies in the global luxury market, announced the formation of the Ralph Lauren Watch and Jewelry Company, S.A.R.L., based in Geneva, Switzerland. In this unique partnership, Polo Ralph Lauren and Richemont formed a joint venture to design, develop, manufacture and distribute luxury watches and fine jewelry through select Ralph Lauren boutiques and the finest independent jewelry and luxury watch retailers globally. The partners each own 50 percent of the entity.
