At this year’s Maison & Objet Paris 2018, L’Objet, the high-end manufacturer of luxurious, functional designs for the home unveiled some bold new collections and collaborations like the L’objet + Peugeot Spice Mills line or the surreal project made in partnership with Lito Fine Jewelry. There were also new Cubisme designs on exhibit at Maison & Objet show in Paris.

Inspired by the Ionic order of classical architecture, this collection is crafted from black and white Limoges porcelain in a fluted vertical design, and accented with brass for a touch of opulence. The Peugeot mechanism is made of steel specially treated to keep the teeth razor sharp, and to release maximum flavor and aroma while grinding.
The pepper mechanism is equipped with a helix-shaped double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns for a perfect grind. It has a patented treatment that protects the steel from corrosion while maintaining its sharpness and wear resistance. To get the best out of your pepper grinding mechanism, we recommend you to use peppercorns with a diameter of 6 mm (¼”) or less. Black, white and dry green peppercorns can be ground in these luxury pepper mills. The pink berries can be ground only if in a blend (max 15% pink) with one of these other peppercorns. Dried coriander is also suitable for the pepper mechanism.
