After Byron Bay in 2021, Veuve Clicquot hosted a new hotel in Noosa, on Australia’s stunning Sunshine Coast.

Designed by architect Noel Robinson, the hotel featured sweeping ocean views from an infinity pool, private access to the beach and Noosa National Park, a cinema, a hair salon, a spa and more. Every detail resonated with signature Clicquot yellow design touches and retro-chick inspiration, blending exquisite luxe with sustainability. The hotel was constructed from the same hemp material employed by the luxury champagne Maison for its product packaging, while solar panels, green walls and even the menus reflect Veuve Clicquot’s deep attachment to nature and its preservation.

Hotel Clicquot proposed an exceptional gastronomic adventure for guests as well. The day began with breakfast prepared by the hotel’s private chef and ended with a late-night rendezvous at the Bar Clicquot to savor Veuve Clicquot cuvées or the Maison’s 250th anniversary burger, served with the Maison’s signature Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.

The ultimate culinary experience was a special ‘Garden Gastronomy’ menu created by chef David Moyle, matched with Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame, notably La Grande Dame 2008, one of the Maison’s most extraordinary vintages. The myriad delights ranged from lounging poolside under a Clicquot umbrella to surfing lessons on Clicquot surfboards or a private picnic lunch with Veuve Clicquot Rosé. Plus, there was a 24-hour ‘Click for Clicquot’ concierge service and a sommelier to guide guests’ champagne journeys.

“This year, Veuve Clicquot celebrates 250 years, marking the bold, innovative heritage of Madame Clicquot and also the joyful, ‘solaire’ culture of the brand,” says Jean-Marc Gallot, President and CEO of Veuve Clicquot. “Hotel Clicquot is perhaps the ultimate expression of the optimism and joy that sits at the heart of our Maison. We are delighted to celebrate this important moment by once again hosting the world’s only Hotel Clicquot on these shores, this time beachside in beautiful Noosa”.
