Softie at heart: a tactile new trans-seasonal capsule from Mulberry. The new series of micro-sized styles playfully take to the untamed English countryside.

Mulberry is introducing a capsule of eight designs crafted from the same pillowed quilting as its Softie bags.

Softie by name, durable by nature: the new Mulberry Softie Outerwear capsule of quilted pieces are durable enough for city or country. A rebellious spirit meets the untamed nature of the English countryside. The new playful genderless pieces include micro versions of Mulberry’s most iconic bag styles and a tactile outerwear capsule collection crafted in the same sumptuous quilting as the the sensory Softie bag.

A natural evolution of the sensory Softie bags, the Softie Outerwear collection possesses the same huggable, textured tactility across pieces including jackets, coats and a pillowy oversized scarf. The signature Postman’s Lock fastenings feature throughout the collection, available in an easy to wear, pared-back palette.

Embrace the wild within.

Inspired by Mulberry‘s quintessentially British heritage, and showcasing the signature curved quilting synonymous with the sensory Softie family, the Softie Quilted Wrap Skirt is a contemporary take on a classic style. With an oversized exterior pocket and iconic Postman’s Lock closure, this pillowy skirt is perfect for the elevated everyday.

Originally launched in February this year, the Mulberry Softie bag’s puffy quilting has become an instantly recognisable house signature. As The Walpole, the British luxury authority notes, you’ll find this detailing deployed across the new outerwear capsule, which comprises three jackets, a gilet, and two coats (a belted midi style and a voluminous cape), as well as a scarf and skirt. The Softie quilted bomber, shell jacket, hooded puffer and scarf are all intended to be unisex and genderless.
