Leading American luxury home appliance brand Dacor announced the debut of The Dacor Kitchen Theater, the first-ever wholly owned showroom for the high-end brand. Located on the 6th floor of the prestigious A&D building located at 150 East 58th Street, the space operates as a full-scale performance center that directly serves the trade community while allowing homeowners to interact first-hand with the brand’s vast selection of collection offerings.

The Dacor Kitchen Theater in New York City marks the first of three showroom openings for the brand in 2019; subsequent openings include Chicago in the city’s famed Merchandise Mart in the Spring and the flagship Southern California showroom near the brand’s headquarters in Summer 2019.

The debut of The Dacor Kitchen Theaters is a strategic move by Dacor, which is continuing to grow its resources for the design community across the country. In addition, the luxury brand recently introduced a new interactive website as well as appointed The Dacor Design Council to serve as an authority on current industry trends and advise on product and design development.

The space also features a Design Studio dedicated to offering clients a dedicated space, inclusive of a library wall and an interactive design screen where designers can seamlessly access samples, create integrated digital flipcharts and determine supplies needed during a consultation to customize any kitchen. Additionally, a professional cooking demonstration space allows for programming and product education for Interior Designers, Dealers, Homeowners and Media audiences. This space will be utilized for classes and demonstrations throughout the year with programs choreographed by Dacor’s in-house Chef Stephen Hualde.
