Clos des Lambrays wines now under LVMH luxury group

 

LVMH luxury giant expands the group’s premium alcohol portfolio with the acquisition of Clos des Lambrays wines, one of the oldest and most prestigious vineyards in Burgundy, located near the village of Morey Saint Denis.

With a unique area of 8.66 hectares, Clos des Lambrays is the largest Grand Cru of the Côte de Nuits region. The Domain also produces Morey Saint Denis Premier Cru, Puligny Montrachet Premier Cru “Clos du Cailleret” and Premier Cru “Les Folatières” white wines.

LVMH’s premium alcohol portfolio includes high-end brands like Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Krug, Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon, Château d’Yquem, Château Cheval Blanc, Ruinart, Mercier, and Hennessy.
