28 Startups With Top Solutions For The Future of Customer Experience

LVMH has announced the list of 28 startups selected as finalists for the fifth edition of the LVMH Innovation Award.

The startups will be part of the LVMH Gallery, its Lab & e-Lab (digital version) at the upcoming Viva Technology show in Paris on June 16-19. Chosen from the large number of candidates from around the world who applied, these 28 startups will showcase their vision of the customer experience of tomorrow to industry professionals and the public. 6 startups will be rewarded for their relevant solutions among 6 categories: Omnichannel & Retail, Media & Brand Awareness, Data & IA, Operations & Excellence Manufacturing, Employee Experience & Sustainability. The LVMH Innovation Award will be given to one of them.

Viva Technology, the world’s premier rendezvous for innovation, is set for this coming June 16, 17, 18 and 19 in Paris. The event is an opportunity for the 28 startups shortlisted by LVMH to present their solutions.

The 28 startups selected as finalists this year propose the top solutions for “The Future of Customer Experience ishere”. They represent 12 different countries and 30% of them were founded or co-founded by women.

Today’s waste, tomorrow’s raw material.

The list of startups in the sustainability section includes Biomede, an expert in the phytoremediation of agricultural soil s for the removal of copper and other heavy metals. The metals of interest captured are reused for other purposes in order to respect the circular economy.

With the vision to act as a sustainable alternative to faux and animal leathers, TômTex is a new-generation 100% Bio-based material, created from two key ingredients: seashell waste and wasted coffee grounds. TômTex offers brand designers creative freedom with fewer material constraints on size, thickness, and scaling.

Tômtex 100% biobased material is created from Chitin from Shell seafood waste or Mushroom, with the aim to work as an sustainable and economical alternative instead of faux and animal leather. It’s 100% natural biodegradable -free of plastic, and PLA.

Marm/ More startup offers an innovative material made with real marble powder. Marm/ More combines technical performance and aesthetic characteristics thanks to the presence of marble inside the coating. In its debut in the furniture world , MARM \ MORE gracefully dresses the newest Bentley Home furniture styles, and accentuates the distinctive and elegant shapes that feature within the collection.

The original MARM \ MORE  products use fluorine-free materials, delating the risks deriving from its use.’
