predictable, being topped by designers Azzedina Alaïa, Giorgio Armani, Cristobal Balenciaga & Manolo Blahnik, models Gisele Bündchen, muses Josephine Baker, Brigitte Bardot, The Beatles & Jane Birkin, photographers Richard Avedon & Guy Bourdin, editors Isabella Blow & Grace Coddington.
