Former El Bulli chef to open a floating restaurant in Singapore

Floating Spanish restaurant in Singapore to open under former El Bulli chef

Singapore’s Marina Bay will open this month a glass-encased dome restaurant floating atop the waters, a creation of chef Alain Devahive Tolosa, one of the El Bulli’s former chefs. After years of working under Ferran Adrià and taking avant-garde, molecular gastronomy to new heights, chef Alain Devahive Tolosa has transplanted to Singapore along with El Bulli’s former restaurant manager Pol Perelló.

The 400 square meter Catalunya restaurant will serve fine contemporary Spanish fare and will provide a panaromic 360° degree view of the Marina Bay.
