The Intimate Living: New Etro Home Interiors new collection comes with tribal elements, ethnic inspiration, and exotic accents.
Waiting for Salone del Mobile.Milano 2021, ETRO Home Interiors unveiled an absolute preview of The Intimate Living: a setting that reveals the most intimate soul of the Etro Home Interiors line, through a proposal with a soft and elegant allure.
White, beige, greige and champagne: the neutral palette lends a delicate charm to the furnishings. Exotic accents from ethnic inspiration give life to a mix of atmospheres that recall faraway lands, confirming the nomadic spirit that is part of Etro’s DNA. The peculiar elements of Etro Home Interiors line are highlighted: iconic fabrics and natural and refined materials, combined with evocative patterns and symbolic themes such as the Pegasus and the ETRO
At the center of the living room, the Madras sofa is characterized by soft classic lines and upholstered in velvet in a soft cream shade enhanced by a leather belt, a contrasting decorative element. A piece of furniture features details such as a decorative lateral buckle in light brass with ETRO logo and the geometric monogram pattern. Combined with the sofa, Madras armchair is upholstered with precious Leroy fabric with a typical cashmere design, presented this year in a warm grey-beige shade.
Seductive and evocative, Shah armchair features tribal elements: the name from ethnic inspiration refers to the kings of the Persian tradition and the cushion resting on the seat recalls Ottoman poufs. The detail of the Pegasus positioned on the back emphasizes the link with ETRO history, while the decorative silk tassels on the seat cushions add a classic twist to the whole.
The set is completed by the Ambar coffee tables, a reference to the African continent, the cradle of civilization: characterized by a structure composed of a base and top in precious Carbalho wood, these refined pieces of furniture evoke the shapes and materials of the typical tribal percussions. The decorative mirror in the center of the top of one of the two tables adds a bright note, as well as the thin polished brass structure, which contrasts with the materiality of the wood.
