Individuals, clubs and companies who are making Asia the world’s up-an-coming yachting hub will be honored during the
ninth annual BMW Asia Boating Awards 2013. The trophy held on March 29 at the Sanya Intercontinental Resort and will be
hosted by Asia-Pacific Boating, China Boating and official title sponsor BMW.
Awards will be presented in twenty different categories including Best Asian Yacht Builder (15m to 30m), Best Custom Built Yacht, Best Production Motor Yacht (24m to 40m), Asian Marina of the Year, Asian Regatta of the Year, Best Yacht Design of the Year and Best Asia-based Charter Company.
The Asia Boating Awards are our way of recognising the best of boating in Asia. This exciting region is changing rapidly into one of the world’s yachting hot spots, with amazing destinations, new marinas, eager yacht builders and of course, plenty of purchasing power. The Asia Boating Awards is a chance for the Asia-Pacific to shine before the world, for the winners and nominees alike,” said Ryan Swift, Editor-in-Chief, Asia Pacific Boating.
The Asia Boating Awards 2013 will be held on March 29, one day prior the start of the Hainan Rendez-Vous, at the InterContinental Sanya Resort.
