Creezy Courtoy founded The Perfume Foundation in 1995, those first objective was to promote the industry in organizing events for the industry.

In 1998, after realising the increasing number of health problems generated by the globalization and the change of quality of the products made by the chemical industry, Creezy Courtoy started lobbying for a more ethical industry, in favour of consumer and to protect perfume and cosmetics as part of the worldwide heritage.

Advisor for EU, UNESCO and government organizations on the new development of the perfume industry. Advocate of using flowers and natural ingredients in perfumes and perfumed products to help
solve environmental and consumer health problems related to the use of synthetic, non tested molecules.

 

In 2008, Creezy Courtoy created the New Luxury Code, and in 2010, www.newluxuryexperts.org. In 2009, meeting Richard Ding, she realised China was the key to allow the development of a new industry in favour of naturals.
