Caviar on board for the holiday season

Air France La Première to serve caviar

Christmas and New Year is celebrated by Air France with a special serving for first-class fliers. The airline will serve caviar for La premiere (first class) travelers on flights departing from Paris until January 31.

The caviar, revisited by Petrossian, takes on a new look for the occasion, presented in stylish transparent individual glass “egg” The Eggxiting by Petrossian.

La Première customers will have the opportunity to enjoy gourmet dishes by a great French chef, Jacques Le Divellec, with two of his own recipes: fillet of turbot with clams and seafood medley with shellfish sauce.

One of the latest Petrossian’s launches includes a “Caviar Powder” –  “a simple touch to impress the guests”. The dried caviar that captures caviar’s sensational taste is added to eggs, potatoes, pasta, and seafood.
