Belair X 6-12: a new dimension of Lomography

The Lomography Belair X 6-12 Medium Format Camera

To revive the features of old medium format cameras and for a ton of stylized images, Lomography issued the Belair X 6-12, the first 6×12 camera with an automatic shutter speed feature, for speeds up to 1/125s.

The jet-setting camera combines all the features of a panoramic medium format camera without the excessive size. “Offering never-before-seen sharpness, depth of field and ultra-wide photos, the Belair X 6-12 takes 120 film and flies it into a new dimension of Lomography. Not only can you take advantage of the auto-exposure feature (which has never been seen before on a 6 x 12 panoramic medium-format camera), you can also take pictures in 3 different formats: regular 6 x 9 photos, 6 x 6 squares or 6 x 12 panoramas.” says the company.

Belair X 6-12 has an interchangeable lens system, allowing to attach either a 90mm standard lens or a 58mm wide-angle lens; both lenses bring high quality photos while still being loaded with the Lomographic charm.
