A grand $9 million penthouse offered with a 69-foot Ferretti yacht

A grand penthouse, a 69-Foot Ferretti Yacht and a 70-foot wet slip offered in one package in the Yachting Capital of the World

Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences, Miami’s first new high-rise residences with private marina in two decades, and Ferretti Group, one of the world’s leading players in the design, construction and sale of motor yachts have announced an exclusive $9 million package. The pair is offering a Grand Penthouse — complete with a customized Steven G interior design — a 69-foot Ferretti 690 yacht and a 70-foot wet slip.

The Grand Penthouse is 4,300 sq. ft. with 600 ft. of terrace space and features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and comes standard with secured elevator access, Snaidero cabinetry, stone counter tops, and Wolf, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances including a dual-zoned wine storage unit that holds up to 78 bottles. It also includes two reserved parking spaces, and unobstructed, panoramic waterfront views across the marina and east to the Intracoastal and the Atlantic.

This partnership is a great fit for Ferretti Group and yachting enthusiasts for a variety of reasons, said Brett Keating, VP Marketing with Ferretti Group America, the Fort Lauderdale-based Americas headquarters for the Italian yacht conglomerate. The Ferretti 690 made its US debut this February during the Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show and is undoubtedly one of the most innovative yachts that Ferretti Yachts has produced below 70 feet with a full beam master; and largest in-category salon, cockpit and fly bridge. Other packages can be customized based on a buyer’s individual desires.

“The offer is ideally suited toward those who appreciate South Florida’s boating lifestyle, including Ferretti’s Latin American and international customers who are buying second homes and keeping their boats in a place many call the ‘Yachting Capital of the World,'” Keating said. “Marina Palms’ location on Biscayne Boulevard and the Intracoastal, just minutes from Haulover Inlet, make this project a great location for any boat or yacht owner.”
